My executive coaching service is specifically designed to transform this challenge into a powerful opportunity. Return to work and THRIVE coaching programme
I support clients to return to work using my THRIVE framework. This clear, structured and goal-oriented process is highly personalised to each individual, enabling people to make a successful and sustainable return.
Target: Define clear objectives and create a practical transition plan for a confident return.
Habits: Build sustainable routines and boundaries that support balance and wellbeing.
Resilience: Strengthen self-awareness, adaptability, and your support network to stay strong under pressure.
Identity: Reconnect with your professional self and craft a personal brand that reflects your strengths.
Vision: Reaffirm your purpose and set a long-term strategy for growth and fulfilment.
Execution: Turn plans into action, build momentum, and measure progress to keep moving forward.
This framework facilitates a successful return after any absence, be that from illness, burnout, parental leave or a career break. It focuses on empowering the individual to make a positive comeback.
What the programme involves:
The Return to Work and THRIVE coaching programme involves six hour-long coaching sessions, typically on a fortnightly or monthly frequency over a period of 3-6 months.
